Job summary

REVELxp is seeking part-time event staff for game-day operations in Tallahassee, FL. You will greet guests, manage tailgate sites, and support the event team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences. Outdoor work, variable weather, and weekend home games are a core part of the role.

Ideal candidates are 16+, able to work 10–20 hours weekly, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment that values service, entrepreneurship, and joy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests warmly.
• Bellhop: transport tailgating equipment and check in with guests.
• Welcome Tent Supervision: manage guest services area and direct guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service and uphold REVELXP values.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Assist the Event Coordinator with day-of tasks and setup/breakdown.
• Be proactive in assisting guests with special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized tailgate site that reflects REVELXP standards.
