Job summary

REVELXP is seeking part-time staff to deliver premier game-day hospitality experiences. You will greet guests, assist with tailgating operations, supervise welcome tents, and ensure exceptional service across tailgate sites during home games Aug–Nov.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, comfortable outdoors, and able to commit 10–20 hours per week. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and proactive guest support in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, collaborative and efficient in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.
• Available to work every home game (Aug–Nov).
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work 10–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.
• Bellhop responsibilities - transport tailgating equipment to guests' areas and maintain their site.
• Welcome Tent Supervision - manage guest services area and direct guests for smooth operations.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service and embody REVELXP values of service, joy, and entrepreneurship.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries with a professional, can-do attitude.
• Assist the Event Coordinator with day-of tasks, including setup/breakdown and supplies management.
• Be proactive in assisting with special requests from guests and site maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized tailgate site representative of REVELXP standards.
