Job summary

REVELXP is seeking part-time event staff for game days in Raleigh, NC. You will greet guests, assist with tailgating, and supervise welcome tents to ensure a smooth operation and unforgettable experience.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, support the event coordinator with setup and breakdown, and respond quickly to guest needs while upholding REVELXP values of service, joy, and entrepreneurship. Must be 16+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Available to work every home game (August to late November).
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.
• Bellhop duties: transport tailgating equipment, set up and check in at tailgate sites.
• Welcome Tent Supervision: direct guests and assist to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and reflect REVELXP core values of service, joy, and entrepreneurship.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries with a professional, can-do attitude.
• Assist the Event Coordinator with set up/breakdown and day-of tasks for operational efficiency.
• Proactively assist guests with special requests and site maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized site, representing REVELXP standards.
