Job summary

REVELXP is hiring energetic event staff to support gameday operations for our hospitality experiences. You will greet guests, help with tailgate setups, and supervise welcome tents to ensure smooth guest flow.

This role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and adaptability to outdoor conditions. You will assist the Event Coordinator with day-of tasks, transport equipment, and keep tailgate sites clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative work ethic.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available to work every home game (Aug–Nov).
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work 10–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.
• Bellhop responsibilities: transport tailgating equipment, maintain sites, assist guests as needed.
• Welcome Tent Supervision: manage guest services area and direct guests for smooth operations.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service and embody REVELXP values of service, joy, and entrepreneurship.
• Respond promptly to customer needs with professionalism.
• Assist the Event Coordinator with day-of tasks including setup/breakdown and supplies management.
• Be proactive in assisting with special guest requests (e.g., equipment transport, cleanup).
• Maintain a clean and organized site representing REVELXP standards.
