Job summary

Legends Global in Denver is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to support Ball Arena operations. You will greet guests, recommend products, and complete transactions at the Point of Sale to drive sales while delivering an engaging guest experience.

The role requires flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holiday events, with the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a lively arena setting. Training on promotions and events is provided.

Qualifications

Must be flexible and able to work events, including late nights, weekends and holidays.
Excellent customer service and selling skills.
Innovative/self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Provide an exciting, positive environment for our diverse team and fans.
Greet guests and ascertain interest, making sales recommendations in-store or by phone.
Process transactions accurately using the POS and protect customer information.
Maintain inventory and assist in merchandising for events and promotions.
Assist with store setup, planograms, and event gift shop merchandising.
Read and implement planograms and contribute to inventory counts.
Operate the POS system to process customer transactions efficiently.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Remain standing, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in loud environments.
