Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is hiring for arena retail positions at Ball Arena & Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. You will greet guests, advise on merchandise, and process sales at the POS while maintaining inventory and store presentation.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during events, with opportunities to grow customer service skills in a dynamic team environment. Candidates should be able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in retail or customer service environment.
• Availability for 35-40+ hours per week, flexible to assist in other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base.
• Greet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendations in Store and via phone if necessary.
• Excellent accuracy when using POS systems.
• Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, re-stocking, & any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Present merchandise to increase sales with add on items.
• Must be able to describe merchandise features, benefits, and explain use.
• Keep current on promotions & sales in store: and events at the arena or stadium.
• Maintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts.
• Assist in inventory.
• Continually increase knowledge of products, facility, and all events held at Ball Arena & Dick’s Sporting Goods Park.
• Must be able to read & implement plan-o-grams.
• Assist with store set-up and the merchandising of event gift shops including plan-o-grams, merchandise placement, inventory control, cleaning of shops & fixtures.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while safeguarding customer information by adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
• Complete other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required and assigned by supervisor/ manager.
• Must be able to remain standing for long periods of time, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, reach up over your head to stock top rows, hear and communicate with guests in English, work in loud and crowded environments
