Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a Guest Services Representative for Desert Diamond Arena to greet guests, scan tickets, direct guests to seats, and help with arena amenities. This role requires energy, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will ensure safe, clean aisles and concourses, address questions and concerns, and help maintain a fun, welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• 1 year customer service experience in sports/entertainment venue preferred.
• Reliable transportation to facilities for shifts.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Scan tickets and ensure proper entry.
• Provide guests with friendly directions.
• Assist guests in locating their seats.
• Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment in assigned sections.
• Keep aisles, stairs and concourse clear of hazards.
• Respond to guest questions and comments.
