Job summary

Wake Tech seeks a dependable student to support intercollegiate athletics across multiple campus venues. The role involves game-time duties, promotions, and on-site operations to ensure smooth game day experiences for teams and fans.

The candidate should be customer-service oriented, punctual, and able to lift up to 25 pounds, with basic computer skills and the ability to work harmoniously with staff and the public. On-campus presence is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a pleasant attitude and good customer service.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Keep official scorebook for home games and operate game clock.
• Operate shot clock and other scoreable duties as assigned.
• Assist in promotions, social media, and campus outreach.
• Set up and strike venue equipment (tables, chairs, PA, etc.).
• Assist in concessions and cash handling at events.
• Perform other duties to support athletics operations.
