Job summary

University of North Florida Athletics is seeking staff for Game Day Table Crew to provide customer service and game-day support at athletic events. You will help with fan engagement, announcements, and game operations to ensure a positive experience for student-athletes, fans, alumni, sponsors, and guests.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of fans, student-athletes, coaches, staff, donors, and guests.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from event attendees.
Help with setup and breakdown of game-day tables, signage, and materials.
Distribute promotional items, programs, giveaways, and event information.
Report issues, concerns, or customer service needs to supervisors promptly.
Perform other game-day operational duties as assigned.
