Qualifications

• Must be able to work game nights, weekends, and holidays, based on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support all operations related to the Retail platform—inventory management; visual merchandising; point of sale; e-commerce fulfillment, as needed.
• Provide prompt, thorough, and courteous responses to all customers; maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Perform Game Day responsibilities of the Hop Shop and satellite sales locations
