Responsabilidades

• Cook menu items according to recipes and guidelines.
• Prepare, season, and cook food in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure safe storage, handling, and cooking of food per regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized stations.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs to supervisors.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and stadium procedures.
• Train and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.
