Job summary

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking an Extra Help Assistant/JSC Event Staff to support the Director of Facilities and Game Operations with game day and athletics facilities operations. Qualifications

• Experience working in athletic events.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Monitors doors to ensure appropriate personnel are entering/exiting
• Verify ticket purchased for the game
• Greets all faculty and staff, guests, families, etc., passing through
• Demonstrate exceptional customer-service skills
• Assist with managing the upkeep and appearance of the JSC facilities
• Concessions and Suites
• Assist in set-up and tear down of events
• Assist with special events and external events scheduled in athletics facilities
• Other duties as assigned.
