Job summary

The University of North Florida Athletics Department is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Staff member to support facility operations, event setup/breakdown, and general maintenance. You will help prepare athletic venues for competitions and assist in keeping spaces ready for events.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced event environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down athletic events (tables, chairs, signage, barricades, tents, equipment).
• Prepare competition venues for special events and games.
• Assist with field/court prep before, during, and after events.
• Support crowd management and event logistics on game days.
• Maintain facility readiness and comply with safety standards.
