Job summary

Kraft Group LLC is seeking an Employee Ambassador to welcome and engage with employees at Gillette Stadium during events. The role emphasizes positive interaction, addressing concerns, and supporting the Events team to ensure all staff feel valued.

You will greet part-time workers at Patriots games, concerts, and other events, collaborate with the Director of Project Management and Workforce Administration, and assist with engagement initiatives. Outdoor work and weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Part-time availability with a commitment to multiple games/events.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet part-time employees at Gillette Stadium.
• Foster a positive employee experience during events.
• Engage with new hires and assist in onboarding for first events.
• Escalate employee concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and special events.
• Handle special projects as needed by the business.
