Centerstone is seeking a Prevention Project Specialist (Gambling) to lead prevention efforts across North Missouri. You will empower coalitions, provide technical assistance, and deliver education to promote healthy decision-making and community wellbeing.

Ideal candidates bring a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s + 1 year) with strong communication and data analysis skills, plus the ability to travel regionally for meetings and trainings. Join a mission-driven team in Kirksville, MO.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for community coalitions seeking gambling prevention resources.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and consultation to coalitions on prevention efforts.
• Assist with strategic planning, grant applications, and community engagement initiatives.
• Educate communities on prevention best practices and available resources.
• Deliver training and technical assistance to enhance local prevention capacity.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support initiatives and presentations.
• Prepare reports and ensure contract requirements are met.
