Centerstone is seeking a Prevention Project Specialist to lead gambling prevention efforts across North Missouri communities. You will empower coalitions, educators, and local leaders through education, strategic planning, and technical assistance to promote healthy decision making and community well-being.

The role involves serving as a subject matter expert in gambling prevention, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding program planning, evaluation, and reporting to meet contract

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with 1 year of relevant experience in social services, public health, or community-based organization.
• Must complete gambling prevention credentials and training within required timeframes.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned geographic area for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead community coalitions and provider partners in gambling prevention efforts.
• Deliver trainings and technical assistance to build local prevention capacity.
• Conduct needs assessments and help develop strategic work plans.
• Prepare reports and assist with contract compliance and data submissions.
• Engage in statewide prevention networks and professional development opportunities.
