Tessera is seeking a Galley Supervisor in Silverdale, Washington, serving the Trident/ MLA/ WSSF facilities on Naval Base Kitsap Bangor. This full-time PM shift role reports to the Galley Site Manager and supervises the galley crew to meet contract requirements with a focus on safety, sanitation, and service quality.

Responsibilities include overseeing galley activities, scheduling, training, timekeeping, and coordinating with Chiefs and Culinary Specialists; qualified candidates must have 3+

Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a dining or food service environment.
• Must obtain and maintain a PIC certificate for Bangor Galleys within 90 days of hire.
• Must hold a valid Food Handler’s Card.
• Must be a team player and ready to help the team wherever it is needed.
• Must have at least one year’s experience working with computers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee galley activities at Bangor Trident Inn, MLA, WSSF, and WSSF 2 Galleys.
• Ensure areas are clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly.
• Provide quality service to meet contract requirements.
• Oversee medical and sanitation inspections and corrective actions.
• Schedule Galley locations to meet contract needs and adjust as required.
• Maintain timekeeping, attendance, and employee documentation.
• Conduct safety training and site inspections.
• Maintain MSDS/SDS records for chemicals across four galleys.
