Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Gallery Host to join our team in New York. You will greet guests, assist with front desk operations, serve breakfast and evening bar service, and ensure a warm, personalized guest experience across our venues.

Qualifications

• Front Desk experience or hotel front desk operations preferred.
• Strong communication skills in person and written.
• Ability to follow cash handling procedures and assist with reservations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in
• Answer phones within three rings and route inquiries
• Handle cash drops and bank procedures accurately
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation and guest data handling
• Ensure proper ID and payment collection during check-in/out
• Attend to guest needs promptly and professionally
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
