Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Atlanta seeks a Gallery Facilities Leader to direct maintenance and housekeeping, ensuring a world-class guest experience and well-maintained equipment.

You will lead building and grounds maintenance, support capital forecasting and contractor management, and collaborate with leadership to optimize budgeting and operational value while developing maintenance staff and ensuring OSHA and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance leadership in a high-standard environment.
• Hands-on repair experience with material handling equipment.
• Proven ability to build teams, gain commitment and drive decisions.
• Strong problem-solving with focus on process improvement and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with RF systems and willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping to maintain service levels.
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and safety systems.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA, food safety and HAZMAT requirements.
• Interview, hire, train and develop maintenance associates.
• Assist leadership with capital expenditure forecasting, vendor negotiation, budgeting and arranging contractor services for specialized repairs.
