You will lead building and grounds maintenance, support capital forecasting and contractor management, and collaborate with leadership to optimize budgeting and operational value while developing maintenance staff and ensuring OSHA and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance leadership in a high-standard environment.
• Hands-on repair experience with material handling equipment.
• Proven ability to build teams, gain commitment and drive decisions.
• Strong problem-solving with focus on process improvement and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with RF systems and willingness to work weekends/holidays.

• Assist leadership with capital expenditure forecasting, vendor negotiation, budgeting and arranging contractor services for specialized repairs.

Summary

The Gallery Facilities Leader in Atlanta leads facility maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a world-class guest experience and well-maintained equipment and facilities. This role oversees building and grounds maintenance, supports capital forecasting and contractor management, and partners with leadership to optimize budgeting and operational value. The leader also hires, trains and develops maintenance associates while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to maintain service levels
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance including landscaping, parking lots, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, dock operations, roofing and fire protection systems
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA, food safety and HAZMAT requirements
• Interview, hire, train and develop skilled and general maintenance associates
• Assist leadership with capital expenditure forecasting, vendor negotiation, budgeting and arranging contractor services for specialized repairs

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a high-standard operational environment
