Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance and repair.
• Ability to identify and present process improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery, stock room, and office.
• Capacity for prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to maintain optimum service levels.
• Oversee repairs and upkeep of building, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment including forklifts, fans, doors, and dock plates.
• Prioritize and schedule work orders to minimize downtime and support production needs.
• Maintain a safe work environment by observing and enforcing OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT requirements.
