• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a high standards operational environment.
• Hands-on experience repairing material handling equipment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on process improvement and Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with RF systems and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Lead, plan, and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to maintain high service levels.

• Recruit, hire, train and manage maintenance and housekeeping associates.
• Arrange and manage contractor services for specialized repairs and negotiate contracts.
• Assist leadership with capital expenditure forecasting, budgeting and purchasing to maximize value.
