Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in maintenance leadership in a high-standard environment.
• Hands-on experience with repair of material handling equipment.
• Ability to build teams, gain commitment and manage decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on process improvement.
• Analytical mindset with Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with RF systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping to ensure optimum service level.
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, roofing, and fire protection systems.
• Maintain a safe work environment by observing OSHA and safety requirements.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training maintenance staff.
• Forecast capital expenditures and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor budgeting for supplies and repair parts.
