Job summary
The Exhibitions Manager at Weber State University will oversee the daily operation of the Mary Elizabeth Dee Shaw Gallery and the Dumke Arts Plaza in downtown Ogden, UT. Reporting to the Gallery & Exhibitions Director, you will supervise installation, maintenance, removal of exhibitions, handle art shipping, and coordinate public events with faculty and staff from the Department of Visual Art & Design.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the visual arts or related field.
- Two years of art handling or gallery/museum experience.
- Experience working with spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of the Mary Elizabeth Dee Shaw Gallery and the Dumke Arts Plaza.
- Lead installation, maintenance and removal of exhibitions and manage art shipping.
- Hire and supervise 6-8 hourly student employees and coordinate with facilities.
- Assist director with contracts, financials and record-keeping.
- Support BFA capstone exhibitions and visiting artist programming.
