Job summary

American Golf Corporation seeks a friendly Banquet Server to greet guests, assist with service, and help ensure memorable event experiences at La Mirada Golf Course.

You will set up rooms, serve beverages and courses, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; legal age to serve alcohol may apply.

Previous banquet or food service experience is a plus, and a High School diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banquet Managers in welcoming and serving guests during events.
• Set up banquet room with glassware, linens, and service ware.
• Attend roll calls and learn event responsibilities.
• Serve beverages and courses in proper order.
• Clear plates and glassware as courses finish.
• Follow laws for serving alcohol.
• Support team with resetting tables during peak service.
