Job summary

Lone Wolf Technologies is seeking an experienced Gainsight Administration / Operations expert to serve as the technical owner of the Gainsight platform, shaping the future-state Customer Success workflow.

Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success, this hands-on role requires building, configuring, and managing Gainsight in a complex SaaS environment, with emphasis on Journey Orchestrator and health signals, plus integrating Salesforce, Gainsight PX, and Skilljar to drive adoption and

Qualifications

• Hands-on Gainsight administration in a production environment.
• Experience implementing Gainsight rather than using it as an end user.
• Deep expertise with Journey Orchestrator, multi-step journeys, triggers.
• Strong experience with Rules Engine, Health / Scorecards, Playbooks, Reports.
• Experience integrating CRM data models and Salesforce.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills.
• Knowledge of CS workflows such as onboarding, adoption, retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of Gainsight CS.
• Configure and maintain Gainsight objects, fields, layouts, permissions, health scores, CTAs, playbooks, Success Plans, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Build and manage Journey Orchestrator programs with audience criteria and triggers.
• Translate customer journey strategies into scalable Gainsight workflows with CS leadership.
• Configure Rules Engine, data transformations, reporting logic, and automated health signals.
• Integrate Gainsight with other systems and operationalize customer data.
• Support Gainsight PX and Skilljar usage as part of adoption and education motions.
• Establish governance, documentation, testing, and change-management standards.
• Train CS users and continuously improve workflows.
