Job summary

Fairway Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team in Sauk Centre, MN. We offer Part Time AM and Full Time/NOC shifts with every other weekend rotation.

HHA wages range from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience, with CNA wages $19.00-$24.00 and shift differentials of $1.00 (PM) and $2.00 (NOC). Join our compassionate team and help residents age magnificently.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include experience in an assisted living community.
• Strong interest in healthcare and helping others.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to residents, respecting dignity and independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Engage residents with meaningful conversation and attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration as applicable.

Shifts Available: Part Time AM (7a-3p), Full Time/Part Time NOC (11p-7a) every other weekend rotation included.
HHA Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 – Based on experience!
CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 - Based on experience!
Shift Differential: $1.00 for PM and $2.00 for NOC

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’sprovide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
