Job summary

Barnowl Advisory Group is seeking an Implementation Specialist to be the technical engine behind tracking and analytics work for healthcare, dental, eCommerce, and EdTech clients.

You will configure GTM and GA4, run audits, stand up integrations, troubleshoot issues, and, where needed, craft client dashboards to demonstrate performance. You'll collaborate with TAMs and Advisors while owning the build and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Google Tag Manager and GA4 for custom events, conversions, and server-side tagging.
• Ability to conduct website and tracking audits and outline required tags/events.
• Familiarity with project management tools for tracking build work.
• Experience with CRM/offline conversion pipelines to funnel conversions.
• Strong independent troubleshooting instincts to resolve tracking issues.
• Light scripting ability for one-off GTM solutions.
• Clear documentation of technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Sound architectural judgment, especially in regulated domains.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on technical work across the client lifecycle for tracking setup.
• Configure and stand up integrations and campaigns with precision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve broken or inconsistent tracking signals.
• Potentially build reporting and dashboards showing marketing effectiveness.
