PMI Mountain Gateway in Georgia seeks a licensed real estate professional for a strategic business development role serving our real estate brokerage and North Georgia Association Management. This is a 100% commission-only opportunity with no base pay and no brokerage fee in the assigned role.

You will build relationships, generate business through prospecting and referrals, and close management and traditional real estate agreements while operations handles day-to-day tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Active Georgia Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker license with ability to affiliate with our brokerage.
• Ability to generate business rather than rely on leads.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Build a pipeline of property owners, investors, associations, developers, and referrals.
• Generate business through outbound prospecting, networking, and follow-up.
• Conduct discovery meetings, qualify opportunities, prepare proposals, and participate in presentations.
• Close qualifying PMI residential and NGAM community-management agreements.
• Represent buyers and sellers in traditional real estate transactions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline stages.
• Hand new management clients to operations after onboarding.
