DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking an Environmental Field Superintendent to oversee stormwater management and erosion control on construction sites in Georgia. You will ensure SWPPP compliance, coordinate with project managers, and lead crews to install and maintain controls.

This site-based role requires travel to multiple job sites, conduct inspections, prepare documentation, and collaborate with regulators as needed. Certifications such as CESSWI or CPESC are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in stormwater management and SWPPP implementation.
• Experience leading SWPPP or civil construction teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and SWPPP documents.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage SWPPP for construction projects to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ensure erosion and sediment control measures are properly installed and maintained.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor SWPPP compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, monitoring data, and records of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies during site inspections and audits.
• Supervise and lead crews responsible for installing stormwater and erosion control measures.
• Train and guide construction personnel on SWPPP requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate SWPPP measures into schedules.
• Address SWPPP-related issues promptly to prevent environmental impacts and delays.
• Promote safety culture by following protocols and participating in safety audits.
