You will work with project managers and crews to integrate environmental measures into project plans.

The role involves site inspections, coaching teams on best practices, and maintaining thorough documentation and safety standards across multiple sites, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in stormwater management and erosion control.
• Experience leading SWPPP or civil construction teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and SWPPP documents.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple job sites.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage SWPPP for construction projects to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Ensure erosion and sediment control measures are properly installed, maintained, and functioning effectively.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor SWPPP compliance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, monitoring data, and records of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies during site inspections and audits.
• Supervise and lead crews responsible for installing and maintaining stormwater and erosion control measures.
• Train and guide construction personnel on SWPPP requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate SWPPP measures into the construction schedule and operations.
• Address SWPPP-related issues promptly to prevent environmental impacts and delays.
• Promote and support a strong safety culture by following safety protocols and audits.
