Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHR/IT Systems Specialist to support enterprise EHR and practice management software, troubleshoot HL7 integrations, and maintain Windows environments across cloud platforms.

Candidates will elicit clinical requirements, collaborate with developers, manage patches and security, and generate clinical data reports while translating technical solutions into Jira tickets; HIPAA compliance is essential in this role.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in supporting EHR systems and Windows operating environments.


• Proficiency in HL7 standards and enterprise Practice Management system architectures.


• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.


• Experience with enterprise ticketing and issue-tracking software including Jira and Ivanti.


• Experience in testing and documenting REST APIs utilizing Postman and Swagger.


• Experience with healthcare security protocols to maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data integrity.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support cross-functional clinical stakeholders.
