Etched is hiring a Technical Recruiter (G&A/GTM) to own high-leverage parts of our recruiting function. The role thrives in fast-paced, high-talent-density environments and emphasizes the hunt for exceptional candidates.

You’ll build partnerships with hiring managers, source candidates in unconventional places, and lead interview loops and debriefs with leadership. This is an in-person role based in San Jose.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting non-technical talent in highly competitive markets.
• Ability to evaluate technical depth and culture fit with nuance and clarity.
• Resourceful in finding exceptional candidates beyond obvious platforms.
• Thrive in ambiguity and build systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to advocate for candidates and business needs.
• Source candidates in unconventional places and build a diverse pipeline.
• Facilitate structured interview loops and lead post-interview debriefs.
• Manage offers and close processes with alignment across leadership.
• Continuously improve recruiting systems and candidate experience.
