Applied Intuition is seeking a Senior G&A Recruiter to partner with G&A leadership and design hiring strategies across finance, legal, people, and other business functions. You will lead high-quality interview processes, build a strong talent brand, and close critical roles in a fast-paced environment.

This temporary role offers remote flexibility for qualified candidates and opportunities to work with cross-functional teams in a highly competitive market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong track record hiring finance, legal, people, or other G&A talent.
• Experience hiring G&A talent in startup or hypergrowth environments.
• Familiarity with G&A talent markets and competitive dynamics for specialized business function profiles.
• Experience recruiting for finance, legal, or people functions within automotive, defense, robotics, or Physical AI companies.
• Strong partnering with leadership and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced environment.

• As a Senior G&A Recruiter at Applied Intuition, you will partner closely with G&A leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional talent across finance, legal, people, and other business functions in a highly competitive talent market

• Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and increase recruiting productivity
• Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess functional expertise, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Applied's values
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and proliferate a compelling talent brand externally
• Successfully negotiate and close candidates to fill critical roles with time sensitivity and rigor
