Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in New York seeks a Vice President to join the FX Execution Services team as a Client Facing Product & Solutions Analyst. You will support the FX Digital Distribution franchise and Autobahn platform, manage client relationships, resolve trading and connectivity issues, and collaborate with Sales, Trading, Product and Technology to deliver new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Client service experience and relationship management
• Ability to resolve trading, order and connectivity issues
• Familiarity with FX products and eFX platforms is a plus
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal partners

Responsibilities

• Client service - developing and managing relationships with external clients and vendors, supporting and solving for their FX service and execution needs.
• Partner with global teams, sharing knowledge, building relationships, and prioritizing client experience.
• Client support - first line pre & post trade investigation & issue resolution; trade requests, pricing, order management queries.
• Outage management - coordinate with IT to restore connectivity or provide alternatives for client execution.
• Risk management - monitor and manage client, trading, credit, market and operational risk from eFX activity.
• Product management - support development and implementation of new products/platforms for global client service.
• Stakeholder management - collaborate with FX Sales & Trading and Technology teams.
