Job summary

Xe is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to own revenue from qualified opportunities in corporate FX and payments. You’ll manage opportunities end-to-end—from discovery through onboarding and the first trade—working with Dealers, Credit and Compliance to deliver a strong client experience.

You will drive structured discovery and pricing discussions, while maintaining a healthy pipeline and CRM hygiene.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, business development or customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of global markets and FX impact preferred.
• Experience using CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunities end-to-end from discovery to first trade.
• Run structured discovery of FX exposure and payment flows.
• Lead solution positioning and pricing discussions.
• Collaborate with Dealers, Credit and Compliance to close deals.
• Maintain pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
• Represent Xe at events and partner activities.
