BNY is seeking a Senior Director, Product Manager for its Global Payments & Trade Client Platform team in New York City. This role involves leading product strategy for FX Payments, managing a team, and executing product delivery across innovative payment solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in product management and a strong background in FX payments. Responsibilities include driving the execution of product roadmaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences across payment products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated ability in product development, management, and delivery.
• Proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.
• Domain expertise in FX Payments and FX markets business.
• Expertise in emerging payments rails, partners, and use cases.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for FX and Next Gen Payments Products.
• Collaborate with teams for successful product delivery.
• Manage a group of product managers and provide coaching.
• Accountable for all risks originated from services delivered.
• Continuously groom and reprioritize product backlogs.
