Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking an Operations Intermediate Specialist – FX Services in Jersey City. You will assist Foreign Exchange Traders and Relationship Managers by processing trades and keeping trader positions accurately updated.

Responsibilities include trade entry, validation, confirmations, and settlements, plus monitoring currency processes with traders and subcustodians. Strong client service and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Foreign Exchange operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between FX NY, Tokyo, London traders and RM teams for accurate trade processing.
• Enter, validate, confirm and settle trades; monitor emerging market currency processes.
• Provide risk-controlled reporting and respond to client inquiries; educate clients.
• Collaborate with FX Service team globally to resolve inquiries.
