Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial operations.
• Knowledge of FX products (spot, forward, swaps, options).
• Familiarity with global payment systems and SWIFT message formats (MT103, MT202, MT300).
• Experience with payment processing, reconciliation, and investigations.
• Banking operations experience, FX or payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle FX transactions accurately and timely.
• Provide operational support for corporate and institutional FX clients.
• Verify FX transactions and ensure settlements are executed correctly.
• Monitor FX payment flows across currencies and platforms.
• Perform daily reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate payment delays, trade mismatches, and compliance alerts.
• Maintain transaction records in systems such as WallStreet System and MTS.
• Collaborate with front-office, relationship managers, and clients to ensure smooth trade execution.
• Respond to client inquiries related to FX transactions.
• Support process improvements and system upgrades or automation efforts.
