Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years leading FX Operations departments with demonstrated results.
• Subject matter expert in FX systems functionality to maximize controls, efficiency, and straight-through processing.
• Experience managing month-end closes, P&L, reconciliations of nostro balances, and client statements.
• Experience with OFAC & Sanction screening; familiarity with Dodd-Frank regulations for FX derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of Swift MT and MX messaging for cross-border payments and bank statements.
• Proven ability to manage projects with strong organizational and PM skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Intellectually curious and committed to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly) for FX Ops GL and nostro accounts.
• Manage daily trade production and lifecycle of trades within the portfolio.
• Oversee processes supporting Bank Notes, foreign check clearing, and foreign draft issuance.
• Oversee period closes including P&L, cash balances, GLs, statements, and month-end/quarter-end reporting.
• Lead international investigations and provide cross-bank payment support.
