Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced FVIA Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of Fixed Video products and services. You will coordinate with Sales, M&S RSMs, and channel partners to ensure successful deliveries within budget and schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams, with travel up to 25-50% and a focus on improving FVIA processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher in business, communications, finance, management, public safety, or technology.
• 5+ years in project management, deployment, or product management with PMP certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and implementation of Fixed Video products and services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver Fixed Video offerings.
• Create, manage and process purchase orders.
• Collaborate with sales to capture service revenue milestones.
• Manage projects from inception to completion with stakeholders.
• Forecast and update FVIA revenue/costs against goals.
• Attend reviews and communicate project status.
