MSD invites students enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Engineering or related field to join the Future Talent Program as a co‑op. The assignments span up to 6 months at the West Point site, with collaboration across Facilities Management, Utility Energy, Project Delivery, and Process Excellence & Strategy Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will gain hands-on experience, develop dashboards, support safety initiatives, and help implement digital tools to streamline data flow.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Engineering or related field.
• Majors Sought: Bus./Engineering, Eng. - various engineering disciplines.
• Available for a period of 6 months.
• Must be able to undergo federal background checks for access to certain systems.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 required.

Responsibilities

• Work with PA GWES teams on maintenance activities and data trending; participate in planning meetings.
• Create visual dashboards to track priorities and KPIs across departments.
• Support Gemba safety walkdowns and safety initiatives.
• Develop digital tools to automate information flow and implement innovative tech to simplify processes.
• Attend portfolio meetings and report project status and forecasts.
