Relocation for management roles is possible after successful completion of the training plan. No prior experience is required; the program emphasizes growth, internal promotion, and a structured pathway to management within 3–4 years.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; training is provided at start.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalence.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).

Responsibilities

• Sales and customer service: support customers and drive sales in a retail setting.
• Store operations and inventory management: oversee material flow, stock, and merchandising.
• Blueprint reading and estimation: create material estimates for projects.
• Forklift operation and certification: safely handle materials and equipment.
• Business management: payroll, invoicing, inventory, and financial analysis.
• Microsoft Office Suite usage and training to enhance skills.
