Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years retail management experience, preferably thrift.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Understanding of financial metrics and budget management.

• Ability to pass a background check and read/write English proficiently.

• Lead store operations and staff to meet goals.
