Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and staging of merchandise.
• Assist in inventory management, including damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies and act as role model.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safe deposit of company funds and cashier accountability.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Operate store in the store manager's absence and review operating statements for trends.
