7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to join our Anderson, SC team and advance into the Store Leader role. You will work with a leadership team to execute merchandising, coaching, and customer service excellence while developing leadership and operational skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and hands-on supervision of staff, with a focus on profitability, product presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees.
• Ability to oversee all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive changes.
• Cash handling and fuel transactions management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and strong communication skills.
