Job summary

Beck Suppliers, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training to develop into a store leadership role. You will work alongside the General Manager to lead operations, service guests, and drive performance in a multi-unit retail environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in foodservice execution, merchandising, and financial administration while building skills for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing P&L, labor, inventory and expenses.
• Proven ability to coach and develop store leaders and teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Learn and progress toward store leadership through training milestones.
• Model professionalism, teamwork and guest service expectations.
• Support daily store operations and guest experience across departments.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, promotions, and inventory control.
• Develop leadership skills and contribute to store performance reporting.
