You will be guided by your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach as you develop leadership, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management skills toward promotion.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to support and lead the team.
• Deliver customer care at high service levels.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week Store Manager In Training program with self-paced and collaborative learning.
• Engage with District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
• Develop leadership and operations skills to prepare for future store manager responsibilities.
