Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation invites candidates to join its Sales Leadership Development Program in the Northeast USA. The program spans 3–4 rotations over two years, blending formal training with hands-on, cross-functional experiences in sales, marketing, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar discipline is required.
• Prior professional experience is required.
• Experience in the plumbing & mechanical, or construction industry is a plus.
• Interest in technical sales, solution selling, or commercial leadership would be advantageous.
• Must be located in Boston, MA, Philadelphia, PA, or Washington, DC area and open to relocation for long-term career progression.
