Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1+ year leadership in food service or QSR.
• Must obtain and maintain locally required safe food handling certification.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing teams and delivering customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems; good communication with customers and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily fresh food service operations while ensuring health, safety, and policy compliance.
• Drive sales growth by managing food programs, costs, and merchandising strategies.
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships for top-selling items and accurate orders.
• Recruit and coach team members to build a high-performing culture and recognition.
• Oversee food preparation, quality standards, and equipment maintenance.
• Create and manage work schedules and respond to safety/incidents as needed.
